These terms apply to your use of sunnygrade.com. By reading the site you accept them. They are written in plain English and are governed by Australian law.

What SunnyGrade is

SunnyGrade is an independent editorial sheet that reviews free-to-play fruit and confectionery puzzle games published on Google Play. Nothing here is professional advice. A grade is the considered opinion of our editors after playing the title, printed alongside the publisher rating shown on the game’s Google Play listing for Australia on the day we checked it.

Commercial disclosure

• The site displays no advertising banners and sells no advertising placements.
• No studio, publisher or agency pays for an entry, for a position in the register or for a particular grade, and none of them approves a page before publication.
• Links to Google Play are ordinary reference links so that you can check a listing yourself.
• Our own Plus subscription (A$4.90 per month) is described on the front page as planned. Billing for it is still in activation: no card details are collected on this site and no amount is charged. Registering interest through the reading-list form creates no obligation for you or for us.

No affiliation

SunnyGrade is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC or by any studio named on the site. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

Intellectual property

Game titles, icons, artwork and screenshots belong to their respective right holders and appear here for identification and editorial commentary. The wording of the reviews, the structure of the register and the design of these pages belong to SunnyGrade. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the page it came from; republishing an entire entry requires our written permission.

Using the site

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, to collect its content by automated means at a scale that burdens the server, or to submit somebody else’s e-mail address to the reading list. We may restrict access where any of these happens.

Accuracy and availability

Store ratings, download availability and game content change without notice, and an entry describes the version our editors played. We check entries before each issue but cannot promise that every figure is current at the moment you read it. The site is provided on an as-is basis and may be unavailable during maintenance.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), which are supervised by the ACCC at accc.gov.au. Where those guarantees apply and a failure is not major, our liability is limited, to the extent the law allows, to supplying the affected content again.

Following a link to Google Play or to a developer’s site takes you to a service we do not control and whose own terms and privacy practices then apply.

Age

The site is not directed at people under 15 years of age. Age suitability of each game is set by the content rating on its own Google Play listing, which we recommend checking before installing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and of the Commonwealth of Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
